A Lame CIMB Branch Manager
About an hour ago, I was withdrawing some cash at an ATM of CIMB Bank, Taman Yulek Cheras. An elderly man was lecturing a bank staff that the bank has to attend to his need when he complained that the cheque scanning machine warned that it is out of receipt.
He added that the branch manager excuse that the bank is not opened yet and the whole branch is having a meeting is unacceptable. This uncle told me the manager even show a sign with his hands that the branch is still not opened but closed. He further argue that the manager could just assign someone to replenish the receipt!
The matter was finally resolved after about 30 minutes. How can we compete internationally when we have Malaysians who doesn’t care about their customers?
